Section 90, Primary Care Physicians (PCP) January 1, 2026, Medicare Standardization Rate Updates
Effective retroactively to January 1, 2026, MaineCare updated the reimbursement rates for PCPs under Section 90, of the MaineCare Benefits Manual. These new rates were implemented for billing on June 24, 2026.
The updated fee schedule is accessible on the Rate Setting page of the Health PAS Online Portal.
Adjustment Billing Guidance for Dates of Service January 1, 2026 – June 23, 2026
We will reprocess paid claims submitted at or above the new rates. No provider action
is needed.
