Section 80 Pharmacy Dispensing Fee Kickoff & Draft Rates Public Review & Comment
On May 27, 2026, the Department will host an online public meeting with interested parties via Zoom. At this meeting, we will provide an overview of the project goals, the scope of this work, and present draft rates along with rationale for public comment. Following the presentation, draft rates will be available online, and the Department will accept written comments.

The Department initiated the rate determination process for Dispensing Fees under Section 80 of the MaineCare Benefits Manual in December 2024.
