Section 80, Pharmacy Dispensing Fee: Draft Rates Presented Materials and Comment Deadline
On May 27, 2026, The Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) held a virtual public kickoff meeting for interested parties on the Pharmacy Dispensing Fee. At this meeting OMS reviewed project goals, the scope of work, and presented draft rates with rationale for public comment.

MaineCare will accept written comments through June 10, 2026. The Department will then summarize all comments and respond in writing with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.
