Section 65, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT): Rate Determination Kickoff Meeting Presented Materials & Survey
On November 10, 2025, MaineCare with our vendor Milliman kicked off a rate determination process for a new MDFT service with interested parties. At this meeting, we introduced the project team and reviewed project goals, work plans, an initial timeline, and a survey.

Provider Survey
The survey, developed by Milliman with feedback from the Department, seeks to obtain information from existing and potential new MDFT providers, including program costs and service utilization. Information obtained will be key in the development of recommendations related to reimbursement rates and a rate model.

- We encourage you to review the recording of the kickoff meeting which provides an overview of the survey. Please complete the survey by December 5, 2025.
- To ensure the integrity of the results, only one survey per organization should be submitted.
