Section 65, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT): Draft Rate Model Public Review and Comment
On March 30, 2026, MaineCare with our vendor Milliman, hosted a public forum to present a recommended draft rate and model along with rationale for MDFT, a new service under Section 65 of the MaineCare Benefits Manual. As providers and other interested parties, your feedback is important. Our vendor will accept written comments until close of business on April 14, 2026. Please submit comments directly to MaineCare_rate_determination@milliman.com.
The Department will then summarize and respond to the comments in writing and include an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.
