Section 55, Laboratory Services: Kickoff & Draft Rates Forum, Presented Materials, and Comment Deadline
On June 24, 2026, MaineCare held a virtual public kick off meeting for interested parties of MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 55: Laboratory Services. At this meeting, MaineCare reviewed project goals, the rate determination process timeline, and draft rates with rationale for public comment.
This public comment opportunity notice is sent pursuant to the Rate Reform Law.

MaineCare will accept written comments through July 8, 2026. The Department will then summarize all comments and respond in writing with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.
