Section 50, Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID): Day Habilitation Rate Update
Day Habilitation Service Rate
Effective January 1, 2026, MaineCare is increasing the reimbursement rate for Section 50, Day Habilitation Services (T2021 w/ Rev Code 0907) to $8.67 per 15-minute unit. This increase is provided pursuant to Chapter III, Section 50 of the MaineCare Benefits Manual which states that the Department will reimburse Community Support services affiliated with ICF-IID services in accordance with reimbursement for Community Supports under Section 21, Chapters II & III, Home and Community Benefits for Members with Intellectual Disabilities or Autistic Disorder.
