School Health-Related Services Feedback Survey
In July of 2025, MaineCare initiated a rate determination process for school health-related services. Since then, we have held two kickoff meetings and distributed a provider cost survey to inform the development of recommended payment rates for existing school health-related services and a potential new service for Early Development Support Services (EDSS). You can find all previously presented materials on our Rate System Reform webpage.
MaineCare is now distributing a second survey to obtain feedback specific to school health clinic services
Provider Feedback Survey
The purpose of this second survey is to gather information on health-related services delivered by a school health clinic. A school health clinic is defined as a school program that delivers health related services to students and is operated by a SAU or school. Information obtained from this survey will inform the rate determination.
Existing school health-related providers can access the survey via Microsoft Forms.
Please complete the survey by August 12, 2026.
If you have questions about the survey, please contact Milliman.
