Registration is Open for the MaineCare 2025 Delivery System Reform Forums
Registration is now open for MaineCare's annual forums for Accountable Communities (AC), Behavioral Health Homes (BHH), Community Care Teams (CCT) including HOME providers, MaineMOM, Opioid Health Homes (OHH), Primary Care Plus (PCPlus) providers, and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC).
Mandatory participation for certain providers: As stated in MaineCare policy, at least one member of the care team for BHH, CCT, OHH, MaineMOM, and PCPlus providers must participate in Department-sponsored learning activities. In addition, this requirement is also included in CCBHC certification. Provider participation is required for at least one of these forums.
MaineCare offers three different venue options for training this year. These sessions last four hours in the morning or afternoon.

- Integrated Substance Use & Recovery Services - To advance treatment approaches for opioid use disorder, nicotine dependence, and co-occurring conditions through integrated, patient-centered, and telehealth-enabled care.
- Public Health & Prevention Initiatives - To tackle environmental and behavioral health risks—such as lead exposure and tobacco use—through targeted interventions and policy-aligned strategies.

- Whole-Family & Community-Based Behavioral Health - To explore trauma-informed care, functional family therapy, and collaborative models that support children, families, and communities through CCBHC and beyond.
