Rate Determination Initiation Notice for Section 93, Opioid Health Homes (OHH) and new Health Home Model for Other Substance Use Disorders (SUDs)

This bulletin provides notice that the Department has initiated a Rate Determination Process* for Section 93, OHH and a new Health Home Model for other SUDs. The Office of MaineCare Services will be conducting this rate determination. New rates are being determined pursuant to Public Law 2021, Ch. 635, Part JJJ, which directs the Department to expand the OHH model to serve all MaineCare members with other SUDs. 

There will be opportunities throughout this Rate Determination process for stakeholders to provide feedback and comment. You may track all of our Rate Reform work on the MaineCare Rate System Reform webpage.
