Microdyn Update for Ambulatory Payment Classification (APC) and Diagnostic Related Group (DRG) – CRs 139419, 139806, 139807, & 139840
Effective April 25, 2026, we completed the following Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) quarterly updates for DRGs in MIHMS.
Effective May 16, 2026, we completed the following CMS quarterly updates for APCs in MIHMS.
Claims Adjustment
MIHMS denied some claims in error due to the lag time between when CMS made procedure code updates and we updated them in MIHMS. We will adjust the affected claims. No provider action is needed.
