MaineCare Rate Reform Expert Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) Consultation on Draft CY2026 Rate Determination Schedule
Pursuant to Rate Reform law (MRS Title 22, 3173-J), the Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) will host its annual MaineCare Draft Rate Determination Schedule Consultation with the Rate Reform Expert TAP on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM via Zoom. This meeting is open to the public. There will be limited time at the end of the meeting for public comments.

Following the TAP Consultation, OMS will send a notice requesting written comments. The notice will include the deadline and instructions for submitting comments, and links to the presented materials and proposed schedule.
After OMS considers the feedback received during the TAP Consultation and from written public comments, the final rate determination schedule will be posted on the Rate System Reform webpage along with a comment summary.
