Health PAS Online Portal Intermittent Issues

MaineCare providers may have experienced intermittent issues today, Wednesday, February 8, 2023, with the Health PAS Online Portal. This may have affected your ability to complete tasks including submitting claims or viewing member eligibility and prior authorizations. The issue has been resolved.  

If you are still experiencing issues, please follow these troubleshooting tips:  

  • Clear all browsing history, including cache/cookies 

  • Close all browsers  

  • Access the Health PAS Online Portal in a new browsing session 

  • Please do not use saved links or favorites tab to access the Health PAS Online Portal
