Public Review & Comment

On April 12, 2024, MaineCare held an online public meeting to present the updated benchmark results and draft rates along with the rationale for the recommended rates for Section 25. The PowerPoint presentation and video recording of the meeting have been posted on our Rate System Reform website.

The Department will accept written comments until April 26, 2024. The Department will respond in writing to comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.

As providers and interested stakeholders, your feedback is important. We encourage your participation.

Comments, as well as questions related to this process, should be submitted to Jessica Levesque, MaineCare’s Rate Reform Project Manager.
