The Department issued a notice on February 25, 2026, of additional MaineCare Public Hearings for MaineCare Benefits Manuals (MBM): Chapters II and III, Section 13, Chapters II and III, Section 28, and Chapter II, Section 97 proposed rulemakings. The notice incorrectly listed a new comment deadline for these rules as 11:59 PM on Friday, March 12, 2026. Please note the correct comment deadline for these rules is 11:59 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026.
