Attention Trading Partners: Refresher Training for New MaineCare Partner Portal
As a reminder, the new MaineCare Partner Portal is scheduled to go live on October 12, 2026, at 8:00 AM. The new portal will replace the current HealthPAS Online Portal and provide enhanced functionality to support Trading Partner operations. We are adding additional live, virtual instructor-led training sessions to help Trading Partners prepare for the transition.
As a reminder, recorded training sessions, training materials, user guides, Q&A documents from training sessions, and supporting resources are available through the MMIS Learning Center and will continue to be available after go-live.
Please share this training information with staff responsible for claims, authorizations, referrals, account maintenance, and portal administration activities. Staff should not wait for refresher training to become familiar with the materials.
Key Reminders
- Trading Partner Administrator (R7) accounts will be migrated to the new portal.
- Additional users will be invited and managed by Trading Partner Administrators after go-live.
- Trading Partner Administrators (R7 users) should prepare for portal access and account setup activities by reviewing the training materials available in the MMIS Learning Center before go-live.

MMIS Learning Center Access and Course Registration Instructions
Use the following steps to register for MaineCare Partner Portal refresher training.
- Go to the MMIS Learning Center.
- Sign in using your existing account or select Sign Up to create a new account.
- If you need a new account, enter the enrollment key: De8pO9CBYXYB-aOCY8qp.
- Complete the required registration information to create your account. You may use your workplace address when registering.
- From the Learner Dashboard, search for "TPT Refresher” using the Course Catalog or Search bar at the top of the window.
- Click Choose Session and enroll in the session that best fits your schedule.
- You will receive an enrollment confirmation email and a Microsoft Teams calendar invitation for each session.
- On the day of training, join by selecting the Microsoft Teams link from:
- Your confirmation email
- Your Outlook or Teams calendar invitation
- The course listing in the MMIS Learning Center
Important: Do not forward meeting invitations. Each participant must register through the MMIS Learning Center to receive training credit and access to course materials.
