Attention Providers: Survey Available on the Correlation Between Alcohol and Cancer

Healthcare providers are critical to cancer care throughout Maine.

Partnerships For Health, on behalf of the Maine CDC’s Comprehensive Cancer Control Program, and in collaboration with Maine’s Impact Cancer Network, is inviting you to share your perspectives and practices regarding the link between alcohol consumption and cancer by completing a brief 10-question survey. By sharing your thoughts, you are helping to inform future cancer control efforts in Maine.

The survey should only take about 5 minutes to complete and your responses will be completely anonymous. The survey has received Institutional Review Board determination (HRPP# 050923-42).
