Attention Providers of MaineCare Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS): Sections 2, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 26, 28, 29, 40, 65, 92, 93, 96, 97B, 97D, 97E, or 97F

We are reopening registration for the HCBS Recruitment and Retention payments for provider agencies that:   

• Provide any of the services under the MaineCare Benefits Manual sections listed above; 

• Did NOT register for the initiative in November/December 2021;  

• Wish to receive a supplemental MaineCare payment for worker recruitment and retention bonuses; AND 

• Agree to the terms of the initiative as described in the MaineCare HCBS Workforce Initiative Portal. 

Registration will reopen by noon on Wednesday, February 23. If you wish to participate, you must register through the MaineCare HCBS Workforce Initiative Portal by 5:00 p.m. this Friday, February 25. You can find all of the program requirements, including necessary attestations in the portal.
