Apply to Exhibit at the 2026 MaineCare Provider Conference
MaineCare is now accepting requests from organizations interested in exhibiting at the 2026 MaineCare Provider Conference, taking place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the Augusta Civic Center in Augusta, Maine.
The conference will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We have capacity for up to 750 providers representing primary care, behavioral health, community support services, opioid treatment programs, oral health, and many other areas across Maine’s healthcare and social service communities.
Registered exhibitors will receive:
- One exhibitor table
- Up to two attendee registrations per organization
- Lunch
Exhibitors are expected to arrive between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM to set up their exhibit space before attendees begin arriving.
This conference provides a valuable opportunity to connect with providers from across the state, share information about your organization and services, and support MaineCare’s provider community.
If your organization is interested in exhibiting, please submit your request by July 19, 2026.
