VitalCare for Kids Brochure

Children and young adults who are under age 21 who have MaineCare are part of the VitalCare for Kids (EPSDT) program. VitalCare for Kids is designed to assure children and young adults receive early detection and treatment to address health problems as soon as possible. This brochure provides information about well-child exams and the VitalCare for Kids program.

Special Benefits Waiver Brochure

The Special Benefit Waiver is a limited MaineCare benefit for individuals living with HIV or AIDS who do not qualify for full MaineCare benefits because they are over the income limit or do not have a coverage group. This brochure provides information about the program, who qualifies, and what the program covers.
