Rights of Recipients

The Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services Who Are Children in Need of Services are rules promulgated by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to 34-B M.R.S.A. §§ 3003 and 15002. 

These rules apply to all facilities providing inpatient psychiatric services and to all agencies, facilities, and programs providing inpatient, residential, or outpatient mental health services which are licensed, funded, or contracted by the Department of Health and Human Services.
