Rate Determination Initiation Notice for Section 28 Rehabilitative and Community Support Services for Children with Cognitive Impairments and Functional Limitations    

This bulletin provides notice that the Department initiated a Rate Determination Process* for Section 28 Rehabilitative and Community Support Services for Children with Cognitive Impairments and Functional Limitations of the MaineCare Benefits Manual in Spring 2022 prior to P.L. 2022 Ch. 639 becoming effective.    

New rates are being determined pursuant to P.L. 2021, Ch. 398, P.L. 2022, Ch. 635 and the Department’s rate determination priorities.       

Burns and Associates is conducting this rate study.    
  
The Department will soon hold a meeting with interested stakeholders to review the draft rate models. Please watch for notice/invitations no later than the end of this week.
