Rate Determination Initiation Notice for Section 13 Targeted Case Management
This bulletin provides notice that the Department has initiated a Rate Determination Process* for Section 13 Targeted Case Management of the MaineCare Benefits Manual in Spring 2022 prior to P.L. 2022 Ch. 639 becoming effective.
New rates are being determined pursuant to the Department’s rate determination priorities and P.L. 2022, Ch. 635.
Burns and Associates is conducting this rate study.
The Department will soon hold a meeting with interested stakeholders to review the draft rate models. Please watch for notice/invitations no later than the end of this week.
