MaineCare Rate Reform Expert Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) Consultation on Draft CY2024 Rate Determination Schedule

Pursuant to P.L. Ch. 639, MaineCare will host its Annual Draft Rate Determination Schedule Consultation with the Rate Reform Expert Technical Advisory Panel (*TAP) on October 4, 2023, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM via Zoom. This meeting is open to the public. There will be a limited period of time at the end of the meeting for public comment.

After the Department incorporates feedback from its consultation with the TAP, the Department will post the proposed rate determination schedule on its Rate System Reform website. Providers and other interested parties will then have the opportunity to submit written comments. A notice for submitting written comments will be sent once the proposed rate determination schedule has been posted, including a link to the schedule as well as instructions and the deadline. 

Once the Department has considered all comments, the final rate determination schedule will then be posted along with a summary of all comments.
