MaineCare Kids Survey

Every year, the Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) conducts the MaineCare Kids Survey, also known as CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and System). A randomly selected group of parents/guardians whose children have received healthcare coverage through MaineCare are contacted to complete the survey.

We want to learn about your experiences with MaineCare and how you feel about the quality of care your child is receiving. Your responses are important and your participation will allow us to better understand what is working and what needs improvement. Your feedback will help us provide access to high quality care and services.

You can learn more about MaineCare, including how to apply, by visiting the MaineCare Options webpage.
