Bureau of General Services staff are always available for consultation on Public Improvement Projects. The procedures manual, contract forms, and other key project documents are available on the BGS website for assistance.
The Bureau wants to ensure each agency has a plan for success, ranging from project initiation, conceptual planning, feasibility studies, scope development, identifying strategic alternatives, execution and benchmarking, and commissioning. Each new project presents challenges but receiving strategic guidance through the project process will assist on ensuring the established outcomes are achieved.
