BGS provides to State agencies project facilitation services to State agencies.
In addition to the construction administration services provided by the Architect or Engineer, other service providers such as owner’s representatives, construction testing, or commissioning agents may be procured, as needed. The Bureau’s staff oversees the procurement of these services and can assist State agencies through this process.
BGS staff also provide professional advice and can conduct site-visits to State agencies in the construction phase of the project to ensure the agency is achieving their goals and objections during the project.
