Maine Library Trustee Handbook - 2021 Edition
This handbook is designed to help Maine library trustees (governing and advisory) in their roles of being an effective board member and library advocate. Each chapter includes sources of additional information that can help if you run into an issue or question not addressed.
The Maine State Library thanks the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction for their generosity in allowing us to modify the entire contents of their Trustee Essentials: A Handbook for Wisconsin Public Library Trustees for use in the original handbook and other State Library agencies for sharing their contents as well for this 2021 version. If you have questions or would like more information, contact your Regional Liaison.
