DHHS SETU Performance Leadership Certificate Program
Being a supervisor can be overwhelming, let the Performance Leadership Certificate Program help you gain skills for your role!
This 10- week certificate program will include video training, assignments to re-enforce skills learned and Teams discussions to share best practices and to keep the learner engaged with topics. One on one coaching will be available. This training program will take approximately 2-3 hours per week to complete, depending on the need for coaching. The time commitment is flexible enough to fit your busy schedule.
NOTE: Prerequisites for this course are Managing in State Government

Communication Skills

- Competency Based Interviewing (15 minutes) - This video details the reasons and process for developing competency based interview questions in order to hire the right person for the job
