November 1, 2022 Suggested Integration Deadline for Alternate or 3rd Party EVV Systems for Home Health and Hospice Providers

The EVV requirement deadline for Section 40 Home Health providers and Section 43 Hospice Services providers is January 1, 2023. 

If you are planning on utilizing an Alternate or 3rd Party Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system and do not expect to complete the integration process by November 1, 2022, we encourage you to use the State EVV system until you have completed the integration process so that your claims do not deny after January 1, 2023.
