Attention Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management Providers - Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management Supplemental Payment Information

As a follow-up to our June 21, 2022 e-message regarding Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management supplemental payments for providers of:

  • Section 13, Targeted Case Management;

  • Section 17, Community Support Services, Assertive Community Treatment; and

  • Section 65, Behavioral Health Services, Outpatient Therapy and Home and Community- Based Treatment.

This e-message is to inform you that the Department is still working on the portal that providers will use to submit required reporting. We anticipate that the portal will be available in mid-February. We will send another message when we have the portal completed, and we will let providers know at that time how long the portal will be open.

In the interim, providers should continue to gather the information they will need to report, as described in the previous e-message: (1) a description of how they used the payments, (2) changes in staff turnover rates between July and December 2022, and (3) changes in staff capacity between July and December 2022.
