Overview

This service provides data recovery should a computer hard drive fail.  MaineIT can get this service through several vendors.  While data recovery is never guaranteed, it is possible some of the time.

• This is highly specialized work and each request is different 
• The vendor will set service level targets on a case by case basis
• Available to all state agencies

Service Rates: Work performed will be at the requesting agency’s cost.
