Recall Overview
On December 3, 2025, the Office of Cannabis Policy (OCP) issued a mandatory recall for select adult use flower and pre-rolls produced by NorCO Outdoor Cannabis. The products were sold at 22 adult use retail stores in Maine between October 15, 2025, and December 2, 2025.

As part of an ongoing investigation pursuant to the last NorCO product recall, OCP conducted testing on additional adult use cannabis and cannabis products from that licensee. These additional products are being recalled due to test results that showed varying unsafe levels of yeast and mold, microbials, and arsenic.
