The following data reflects the preliminary sales totals and product types being sold to consumers 21 years of age and older in Maine's regulated Adult Use Cannabis Program. This data is refreshed monthly and reflects sales from the preceding month's reporting period. As the data dashboard below undergoes development, historic sales information can be found in the Office of Cannabis Policy's (OCP's) annual reports.
REMINDER: Sales tax data for both cannabis programs is maintained by Maine Revenue Services (MRS) and is publicly available on the MRS website based on information as filed by tax filers. Visit this MRS webpage and select "monthly cannabis taxable sales statewide" to see the most recent quarterly report.
