Brenda is a wonderful individual who has continued to support all elements, with a disabled spouse and friend has never wavered to help. Endearing her own disability has proven to be strong she is a person with a lot of heart and courage to keep her life filled with passion. She is caring and supportive with her job with a deep knowledge and musical talent. She continues to pursue her dreams and never gives up in keeping strong!!
I vote in honor of my brother, Bradford Scott Nickerson. Brad was my hero. He was killed in action on 1 Sep 66 3 km SE of Tuy Loan Bridge at just 20 years of age.
He left as a 19 year old came back as a wounded young man with a purple heart and other medals but with a limp, almost no hearing left and other illnesses such as PTSD. He will never have his young man days back. He has seen so much and been through so much at his tender age and he is not alone, which is the sad part of this. If it was not for men like him we would not have the freedoms we have and that we take for granted. May we realize one day if this does not work we all need to work together for peace in the world and not let our young men pay the price.
To one of the best leaders I know. You are my hero.
