Early Learning Solutions Lab

Early Learning Solutions Labs are hands-on, community-based learning environments where public agencies, private early learning providers, and families collaborate to design and strengthen early childhood systems as they function in practice.

Rather than relying on theoretical planning, Solutions Labs enable communities to test and refine mixed delivery models — such as public pre-K offered through both school districts and community-based providers — while addressing real-world challenges related to funding, workforce, governance, and equity.

The goal is to co-create a shared vision for children and families, align public and private partners, and build sustainable systems that deliver high-quality, accessible early learning across diverse provider settings.

The tentative topics and resources below will guide the CoP discussions. The list will be updated if changes occur. CoP sessions will be held from 1:30–2:30 PM.
