Change to Work Search Waiver for claimants on a temporary layoff

Starting Wednesday, September 24, 2025, the waiver will cover the last six weeks before you return to work. In the past, it applied to the first six weeks of unemployment.

This only applies to individuals with a definite return-to-work date with their former or regular employer.
