The New Purington Brothers Building was partially vacant and in need of maintenance prior to its rehabilitation. The building was rehabilitated into three first floor commercial spaces with nine new market-rate residential apartments on the second floor. The facade was restored to its historic appearance and many significant interior historic features and finishes were preserved. Deferred maintenance was also addressed.
