The next quarterly meeting of the Maine Historic Preservation Commission will be held on January 27, 2023, at the Maine State Library, 242 State Street, Augusta, Maine, beginning at 10:30 a.m.

All Commission meetings are open to the public. Members of the public wishing to offer comments on the nominations to be considered at the meeting should send written comments to michael.w.goebel-bain@maine.gov by the close of business on January 26, 2023.

The Maine Historic Preservation Commission allows participation in its public meetings by remote methods in accordance with 1 MRS 403-B and the Commission's Remote Participation Policy.   • Watson Settlement Bridge, Littleton, Aroostook County. Removal due to fire and demolition.

  • Oakfield Grange #414, 89 Ridge Road, Oakfield, Aroostook County. Removal due to demolition.

  • (former) Sanford Naval Air Station Administration Building/Control Tower, Airport Industrial Park, Sanford, York County. Removal due to demolition.

  • Jonas B. Shurtleff House, 461 Augusta Road, Winslow, Kennebec County. Removal due to demolition.

  • (former) ca. 1864 Babb's Bridge, spanning the Presumpscot River at Hurricane Road, Gorham and Covered Bridge Road, Windham, Cumberland County. Removal due to fire and demolition.
