The Gambling Control Unit is responsible for ensuring that revenues collected from Penn ADW LLC, Churchill Downs ADW, and Xpressbet ADW are received, recorded, reconciled, and distributed appropriately. The Unit receives weekly reports that are distributed according to Statute Title 8, Subchapter 7 Subsection 1072. Figures are subject to audit and may change at a future date.
