School interdisciplinary teams (administrators, educators, school counselors, mental health professionals, and school nurses) are charged with the responsibility of fostering systems that enhance all realms of student education including social and emotional learning, mental well-being, and substance use prevention. Teams must identify priorities and create an infrastructure that supports the growing needs of our students and school communities. The resources provided on this page are intended to support education professionals in the evaluation of school health programs, identification of priorities and action planning, as well as provision of specific education resources for students, staff, and families.
