Group Camping

Maine State Parks provide an ideal setting for your group's next overnight excursion. Our group campsites are designed for use by organizations and larger family and multi-family camping trips. Hold your next overnight group event or family reunion at a Maine State Park Group Campsite.

All group campsites can be reserved in advance for seven or more people, and we recommend reservations. While you are camping with us you may also want to consider reserving a Group Picnic Area or Shelter.

NOTE - Untreated firewood from outside of Maine has been banned. Please Buy It Where You Burn It!

Group Campsites are designed for use by:

  • 7 or more people.
  • Organizations, larger families and multi-family camping trips.

Reservations

  • Open at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st business day of February each year. (February 3, 2014)
