Meeting schedule/agenda:
DOER invites interested stakeholders to participate in a public webinar featuring an assessment of Maine’s Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS). This assessment is conducted pursuant to 35-A MRS §3210 and will evaluate the status and impacts of Maine’s RPS and consider potential recommendations. As required by law, DOER will submit the final RPS Assessment to the Maine Legislature by March 31, 2027. This will be the first of two public meetings to be held in 2026 and will introduce the overall project, including the objectives, scope, schedule, and opportunities for stakeholder engagement.
