On January 17, 2024, at 9:00 A.M., Maine EMS will begin transitioning EMS agencies to the NEMSIS 3.5 data set. The new run form is “EMS Run Report 5.0.” A summary of the changes is below, and training on MEMSEd, which walks EMS clinicians through the upcoming changes, is available.
