Victorian District Survey
<p>The City of Waterville will use HPF grant funding to conduct an architectural survey of the "Victorian District", a compact historic residential area bounded to the east by Elm Street, west by Messalonskee Stream, north by North Street and south by Western Ave. This survey will be used to determine if it is eligible to be added to the National Register of Historic Places. </p>
