Deadly Force Review Panel | Attorney General

The Deadly Force Review Panel was created by Title 5, section 200-K to review deaths or serious injuries resulting from the use of deadly force by a law enforcement officer. The Review Panel performs their incident review after the Attorney General deadly force investigation report has been completed. Reports issued prior to January 2026 may not be in an accessible format.
