Curtis Memorial Library is seeking a self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with children and their families. This position is customer-focused, working at the youth services desk as well as multiple service points in the library.

Primary responsibilities include assisting children, teens, and caregivers at the youth services desk; assisting patrons with checkouts, renewals, and holds; and providing reference services for adults and children. The successful candidate will have proficiency with digital literacy, working knowledge of a variety of youth literature, and experience working with children and teens.

This is a part-time, per-diem position with regular scheduled hours and the opportunity to substitute. Public library experience is preferred.

The salary range starts at $20.89/hr.
