Frenchman's Bay Library is seeking a friendly, community-oriented individual to join our team as a year-round Librarian at our small public library in Sullivan, ME. 10-16 hours per week, must be available at least 2 Saturdays per month. $20/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist library patrons with inquiries and help locate materials.
- Responsible for circulation and shelving of materials
- Assist in all library programs and services. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on community engagement.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Library Director.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and public service skills.
- A love of libraries and fostering community Library experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be dependable, friendly, and able to work independently.
