Since 1999, InforME has built more than 450 eGovernment services allowing citizens and businesses to complete electronic transactions with state and local government. All requests for application development are reviewed and prioritized by the InforME board, based on a combination of factors including public benefit, portal benefit, agency benefit, complexity and resources required. The InforME Board believes that InforME's resources should be focused on those services that fit well within the InforME mission, provide increased access to government information and services to the public users, and create efficiencies for the sponsoring agency.
