Annual Harassment Prevention Training – 2026 Lobbying Year (December 1, 2025 – November 30, 2026)
As required by 3 MRS §170-B, all lobbyists and lobbyist associates must attend and complete the harassment prevention training offered by the Legislative Council each lobbying year. The training sessions for the 2026 lobbying year have concluded. For those lobbyists and lobbyist associates who did not attend a 2026 training session, Commission staff will contact you with information on how to comply with the annual training requirement for the current lobbying year.
